Ahhh Shadow of the Colossus...the game that made me want to get into graphic design...
Anywho, Shadow of the Colossus is is a purely epic game. Graphics aren't the best, but the scenery and the music (by Koh Ohtani, Kou Ootani, or Kow Otani depending on how he's credited...I didn't see his name in this trailer though D: ) is probably what makes the game great, along with the storyline. Everything about that game is beautiful.
But Shadow of the Colossus already has an indirect "sequel" already, called Ico. It's about a boy who descended from Wander/the main character in SotC and it's rumored the land is the same forbidden one too. Ico was released before SotC, though, so...Yeah...
But this trailer made me lol for a bunch of different ways xD It looks adorable. And I don't see how it relates to SotC other than the pool with the chain, but it's obvious it's in the same world. The gameplay looks like a mix between SotC and Ico but it looks like a lot of fun. Also, the kid doesn't have horns (which is the main theme of Ico and late in SotC), but he has markings on his skin like Wander eventually gets...don't know if Ico has them too. However, the creature has horns and looks like a mix between different animals. That reminds me of Dormin, how they were made of different souls or something but were combined into one. Watch this whole paragraph's worth of speculation be way off though xD
But! I still wonder what the goal of the game is.
And the fact that I'm rambling about this means I'm excited so WHATEVER I HOPE THEY RELEASE THIS GAME SOON DDDD:
